Apni Health ka Dhyan kaise rakhe

 Anpi (anxiety) ki samasya aaj kal kafi aam ho chuki hai. Iska dhyan rakhna bahut zaruri hai kyunki isse hamari sehat par bura asar padta hai. Yahan kuch tips diye gaye hain jinhe follow karke aap anpi ki samasya se bach sakte hain aur apni sehat ka dhyan rakh sakte hain:

  1. Vyayam ya yoga kare: Vyayam ya yoga karne se sharir me maujood adhik aatmaik takat badhti hai. Isse aapka tanav kam hota hai aur aapko shanti milti hai.

  2. Sahi aahar le: Sahi aahar lene se bhi anpi ki samasya se bacha ja sakta hai. Junk food, fast food jaise cheeze se bachna chahiye. Iske alawa vitamin C aur magnesium jaise tatv aapki sehat ke liye bahut zaruri hai.

  3. Meditation kare: Meditation karne se aapko shanti milti hai. Isse aap apne dimag ko shant kar sakte hain aur anpi se bach sakte hain.

  4. Apne doston se milen: Apne doston se milne se man ko shanti milti hai aur aapko khushi milti hai. Isse tanav bhi kam hota hai.

  5. Nind poori kare: Nind poori na hone se bhi tanav badhta hai. Isliye apni nind poori kare.

  6. Samay par khana khaaye: Samay par khana khane se bhi aapki sehat ke liye bahut zaruri hai. Isse aapka pet sahi tarah se kaam karta hai aur aapko shanti milti hai.

  7. Shant vatavaran banaye: Shant vatavaran banane se bhi aapko shanti milti hai aur anpi ki samasya se bacha ja sakta hai.
